All rules and regulation can be read in the handbook for the resident. Below you’ll find a brief description about how the building is managed. We notice the residents’ meeting, the building committee and the daily management.Residents’ meeting
The resident's meeting is the most important meeting. The residents’ meeting is held at the end of the financial year. The daily management will present the social and financial annual report for approval. The residents’ meeting also approves the formation of the building committee.
Building committee
The building committee determines the policy in the building. The committee holds a meeting every six weeks to discuss the problems regarding the building and its residents.

Daily management
The student caretaker, the assistant student caretaker and the treasurer form the daily management. The daily management executes the policy determined by the building committee.
